Unless you are already covered by our annual breakdown and servicing cover the costs for engineers to attend your site are charged on a variable basis according to your location and servicing requirement.

Charges will include:

  • Call out charges (standard hours)
  • Call out charges (out of hours)
  • Labour charges (per 15 minutes)
  • Equipment movement to same or alternative premises
  • Charges for all replacement parts
