Restaurants have little choice but to use trained staff to make coffee using a traditional espresso machine. Bars want to offer the same quality but often don’t have the trained bar staff or time to craft coffees when serving drinks or taking food orders.

So what solutions can CBC offer?

For restaurants, we can offer new espresso machines for purchase or pre-used, free on loan espresso machines (tied to a minimum usage agreement) that will make excellent coffee. This is backed up with a range of barista training to ensure your permanent and casual staff can operate at the highest level and a range of CBC coffee blends to satisfy the most discerning of tastes.

For bars, we offer espresso machines (as above) but also offer compact ‘bean to cup’ machines that provide excellent quality coffee at the touch of a button. They’re easy to clean, easy to operate and are sufficiently quick so that coffee can be served alongside bar orders for alcoholic and soft drinks.
