Staff training
At CBC we don’t just loan or sell machines and disappear, we offer an ongoing programme of help and support. Our starting point is to ensure that your staff are fully trained and confident in using new equipment – whether it’s a simple coffee flask, bean to cup machine or a traditional espresso machine.
Our training and support is available at several levels:
During installation our engineers will train staff how the machine work, how and when to clean and maintain it – all backed up by comprehensive cleaning and maintenance manuals.
Quite often we’re involved in ‘train the trainer’ sessions to ensure that management or supervisory staff can teach the same basics to temporary members of staff.
If machine problems do arise our engineers can provide remote telephone support to correct simple issues or help with error codes.
When it comes to traditional espresso machines, we offer on site junior barista training that covers basic cleaning and maintenance through to how to create great drinks and serve them correctly to the customer. This course is also about instilling confidence so that the junior barista can confidently prepare drinks in front of customers.
Taken together, our training and support helps ensure that your machines can be properly used and maintained with the minimum of downtime.
